白蛋白紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果观察

The Effect of Albumin Paclitaxel Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:观察白蛋白紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2024年2月在吴川市人民医院接受化疗干预的NSCLC患者82例为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组接受紫杉醇联合顺铂干预,观察组接受白蛋白紫杉醇联合顺铂干预。比较两组治疗效果、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平降低,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组癌胚抗原、糖类抗原125、细胞角质蛋白19片段抗原21-1水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、尿蛋白异常、骨髓抑制发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白蛋白紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗NSCLC效果较好,可改善患者免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe the effect of albumin paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Eighty-two cases of NSCLC patients who received chemotherapeutic intervention in Wuchuan People's Hospital from June 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group by randomized numerical table method,each of which consisted of forty-one cases.The control group received paclitaxel combined with cisplatin intervention,and the observation group received albumin paclitaxel combined with cisplatin intervention.Comparison of the two groups in terms of treatment effect,immune function,tumor marker levels,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:Comparison of the treatment effectiveness of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were reduced in the two groups,the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen,glycan antigen 125 and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 were reduced in both groups,but the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of nausea and vomiting,abnormal urinary proteins,and bone marrow suppression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Albumin paclitaxel combined with cisplatin is more effective in the treatment of NSCLC,which can improve patients'immune function,tumor marker levels and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
