缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪复方片剂治疗高血压的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Valsartan Hydrochlorothiazide Compound Tablet in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:分析缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪复方片剂治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月青岛市即墨区第二人民医院收治的120例高血压患者为研究对象,采用抽签法分为研究组与对照组,各60例。研究组使用缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪复方片剂治疗,对照组使用缬沙坦治疗。比较两组血脂水平、治疗效果、不良反应、血管内皮功能。结果:治疗前,两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TC、TG、LDL水平降低,HDL水平升高,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.027)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组一氧化氮(NO)、内皮缩血管肽-1(ET-1)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NO水平升高,ET-1水平降低,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪复方片剂治疗高血压的临床效果显著,可改善患者血压、血脂水平及血管内皮功能,且未增加不良反应发生风险。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of valsartan hydrochlorothiazide compound tablet in the treatment of hyperten⁃sion.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty hypertensive patients admitted to Qingdao Jimo District Second People's Hospi⁃tal from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group by drawing lots,with sixty cases in each group.The study group was treated with valsartan hydrochlorothiazide compound tablets,and the control group was treated with valsartan.Blood lipid level,therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and vascular endothelial func⁃tion were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TC,TG and LDL levels decreased and HDL levels increased in the two groups,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.027).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was NO significant difference in the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelial vasoconstricting peptide-1(ET-1)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,NO level increased and ET-1 level decreased in both groups,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan hydrochlorothiazide compound tablet has significant clinical effect in the treatment of hypertension,which can improve blood pressure,lipid level and vascular endothelial function of patients,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
