摘要
目的:分析特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的效果。方法:选取2022年3—12月福泉市第一人民医院收治的80例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为参照组(40例,布地奈德治疗)与观察组(40例,特布他林联合布地奈德治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、肺功能、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)以及FEV_(1)/FVC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC以及FEV_(1)/FVC高于治疗前,观察组高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,IL-10水平高于治疗前,观察组优于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于参照组(P<0.001)。结论:特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的效果显著,可改善患儿肺功能,降低炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation on children with asthma.Methods:A total of eighty children with asthma admitted to Fuquan First People's Hospital from March to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The children were divided into the reference group(40 cases,budesonide treatment)and the observation group(40 cases,terbutaline combined with budesonide treatment)by random number table method.The therapeutic effect,lung function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV_(1)/FVC between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin two groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of IL-10 were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation is effective in the treatment of children with asthma,which can improve lung function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions.
