早期康复训练在脑卒中血管内治疗术后患者中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的:评价早期康复训练在脑卒中血管内治疗术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月于兴义市人民医院接受治疗的60例脑卒中血管内治疗术后患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。对照组接受常规康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上接受早期康复训练。对比两组神经功能、日常生活活动能力、肌力。结果:治疗前,两组改良Rankin量表评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月,两组改良Rankin量表评分降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Barthel指数比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月,两组Barthel指数升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组美国肌力评定系统评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月,两组美国肌力评定系统评分升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复训练对脑卒中血管内治疗术后患者的神经功能、日常生活活动能力和肌力均具有显著改善作用。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral apoplexy after endovascular therapy.Methods:Sixty stroke patients treated in Xingyi People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 after endovascular therapy were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30).The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the study group received early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Neural function,activity of daily living and muscle strength were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of modified Rankin scale between the two groups(P>0.05);at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the score of modified Rankin scale decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Barthel index between the two groups(P>0.05);at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the Barthel index in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the score of American muscle strength rating system of the two groups(P>0.05);at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the score of American muscle strength rating system in two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation training can significantly improve nerve function,ability of daily living and muscle strength of patients after intravascular therapy.
