丹灯通脑滴丸与丁苯酞软胶囊联合治疗慢性脑供血不足的应用价值

Application Value of Dandeng Tongnao Diwan Combined with Butylphthalein Softgel in the Treatment of Chronic Cerebral Blood Insufficiency

目的:探讨丹灯通脑滴丸与丁苯酞软胶囊联合治疗慢性脑供血不足的应用价值。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年9月于阳江市人民医院进行治疗的100例慢性脑供血不足患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组采取丹灯通脑滴丸联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,对照组采用单一丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效、血清学指标、神经受损程度、日常生活活动能力、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.004);治疗后,两组同型半胱氨酸、血管紧张素Ⅱ、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分降低,巴塞尔指数评分升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹灯通脑滴丸与丁苯酞软胶囊联合治疗慢性脑供血不足效果确切,可改善血清学指标,减轻神经受损程度,提高日常生活活动能力,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the application value of Dandeng Tongnao Diwan combined with butadiphthalein softgel in the treatment of chronic cerebral blood insufficiency.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with chronic cerebral blood insufficiency treated in Yangjiang People's Hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with fifty cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Dandeng Tongnao Diwan combined with butylphthalein softgel,and the control group was treated with single butylphthalein softgel.The efficacy,serological indexes,degree of nerve damage,ability of daily living and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.004);after treatment,the levels of homocysteine,angiotensinⅡIand tumor necrosis factor-a in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the score of national institutes of health stroke scale decreased and the score of Basel index increased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dandeng Tongnao Diwan combined with butylphthalein softgel have a definite effect in the treatment of chronic cerebral blood insufficiency,which can improve serum indexes,reduce nerve damage,and improve the ability of daily living activities with high safety.
