温通刮痧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Wentong Scraping in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:观察温通刮痧治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年9月深圳平乐骨伤科医院脊柱筋伤科收治的90例LDH患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予艾灸治疗,观察组给予温通刮痧治疗。比较两组疗效、疼痛程度评分、腰椎功能、患侧下肢温度。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.035);治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组日本骨科协会评分、腰椎活动度升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后患侧红外热像图温差高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:温通刮痧治疗LDH疗效确切,可有效减轻疼痛,改善患者腰椎功能及患侧下肢供血状态。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wentong scraping in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:Ninety cases of LDH patients admitted to the Department of Spine and Fascial Injury of Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedic and Traumatology Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of forty-five cases.Both groups were given conventional treatment,on this basis,the control group was given moxibustion treatment,and the observation group was given Wentong scraping treatment.The efficacy,pain level score,lumbar spine function,and temperature of the lower limb on the affected side were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.035);after treatment,the visual analog scoring method scores of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of the Japanese Orthopedic Association and lumbar spine mobility of the two groups were elevated,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the temperature difference of infrared thermogram on the affected side before and after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The efficacy of Wentong scraping in treating LDH is exact,which can effectively reduce pain and improve the patients'lumbar spine function and the blood supply status of the affected lower limbs.
