以新媒体介导的督导跟进式护理对肝切除术后患者居家自我管理能力的影响

Impact of New Media-mediated Supervised Follow-up Nursing Care on Post-hepatic Resection Patients'Homebased Self-management Ability

目的:探究以新媒体介导的督导跟进式护理对肝切除术后患者居家自我管理能力的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月于东莞市厚街医院行肝切除术治疗的患者85例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组43例和督导组42例。常规组出院前给予常规居家延续护理干预,督导组在常规组基础上采用以新媒体介导的督导跟进式护理。比较两组居家自我管理能力、生活质量评分和患者满意度。结果:干预后,两组饮食管理、治疗管理、躯体活动管理、情绪心理管理评分下降,督导组低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能和物质生活评分升高,督导组高于常规组(P<0.05);督导组满意度高于常规组(P=0.024)。结论:以新媒体为介导的督导跟进式护理能有效提高肝切除术后患者的居家自我管理能力、生活质量评分,患者满意度高。

Objective:To investigate the effects of new media-mediated supervised follow-up care on the home-based selfmanagement ability of postoperative hepatectomy patients.Methods:Eighty-five patients who underwent hepatectomy in Dongguan Houjie Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into forty-three cases in the routine group and forty-two cases in the supervision group using a randomized numeric table method.The routine group was given routine home continuity of care intervention before discharge,and the supervision group used new media-mediated supervision and follow-up care on the basis of the routine group.The two groups were compared in terms of home selfmanagement ability,quality of life scores and patient satisfaction.Results:After the intervention,the scores of dietary management,therapeutic management,somatic activity management,and emotional and psychological management decreased in the two groups,and the supervision group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of somatic function,social function,psychological function,and material life increased in the two groups,and the supervision group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction level in the supervision group was higher than that of the routine group(P=0.024).Conclusion:Supervised follow-up nursing care mediated by new media can effectively improve homebased self-management ability,quality of life scores,and patient satisfaction of postoperative hepatectomy patients.
