艾灸联合盆底肌训练在经尿道前列腺切除术后尿失禁患者护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Pelvic Floor Muscle Training in the Nursing Care of Patients with Urinary Incontinence after Transurethral Resection of Prostate

目的:观察艾灸联合盆底肌训练在经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)后尿失禁患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年2月于深圳市宝安中医院行TURP且术后出现尿失禁的患者67例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(33例,行盆底肌训练)与研究组(34例,行艾灸联合盆底肌训练)。比较两组国际尿失禁咨询委员会问卷量表评分、漏尿量、护理效果。结果:护理后,两组国际尿失禁咨询委员会问卷量表评分降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组1 h尿垫试验漏尿量减少,研究组少于对照组(P<0.001);研究组护理效果优于对照组(P=0.005)。结论:艾灸联合盆底肌训练能够有效缓解TURP后尿失禁患者病情严重程度,护理效果显著。

Objective:To observe the application effect of moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training in the nursing care of patients with urinary incontinence after prostate electrodessication(TURP).Methods:Sixty-seven patients who underwent TURP with postoperative urinary incontinence in Shenzhen Bao'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(thirty-three cases,with pelvic floor muscle training)and the study group(thirty-four cases,with moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training)according to the method of randomized numerical table.The International Continence Advisory Committee questionnaire scale scores,urine leakage,and nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing care,the International Continence Advisory Committee questionnaire scale scores decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after the nursing care,the amount of urine leakage in the 1-h urinary pad test decreased in both groups,and the study group was less than the control group(P<0.001);and the nursing care effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P=0.005).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training can effectively alleviate the severity of post-TURP urinary incontinence patients,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
