摘要
目的:探究对胸腔镜肺癌根治术后肺部感染患者实施适时供给模式干预联合循环呼吸训练的效果。方法:选取2022年3—10月航天中心医院收治的40例胸腔镜肺癌根治术后肺部感染患者纳入对照组(予以常规护理),选取2023年1—8月同院收治的40例胸腔镜肺癌根治术后肺部感染患者纳入观察组(予以适时供给模式干预联合循证呼吸训练)。比较两组肺功能指标[用功能残气量(FRC)、静息分钟通气量(MV)、肺泡通气量(VA)]、肺部感染情况[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平]、呼吸情况[改良英国医学研究会呼吸困难指数量表(mMRC)]评分。结果:干预前,两组FRC、MV和VA比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组FRC、MV和VA降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组mMRC等级比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组mMRC等级降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:适时供给模式干预联合循证呼吸训练能够有效促进胸腔镜肺癌根治术后肺部感染患者肺功能恢复,显著降低其肺部感染水平,改善其呼吸情况。
Objective:To explore the effect of timely supply mode intervention combined circulation breathing training on patients with pulmonary infection after thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery.Methods:Forty patients with lung infection after thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery admitted to Aerospace Center Hospital from March to October 2022 were included in the control group(provided with routine care),and forty patients with lung infection after thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery admitted to the same hospital from January to August 2023 were included in the observation group(provided with timely supply mode intervention combined with evidence-based breathing training).The lung function indicators[using functional residual capacity(FRC),resting minute ventilation(MV),alveolar ventilation(VA)],lung infection status[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)levels],and respiratory status[modified British medical research council dyspnea index(mMRC)score]of the two groups were compared.Results:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in FRC,MV and VA between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,FRC,MV and VA were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in mMRC level between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the level of mMRC scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timely supply mode intervention combined with evidence-based respiratory training can effectively promote the recovery of lung function in patients with lung infection after thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery,significantly reduce the level of lung infection,and improve their respiratory status.
