失效模式和效应分析技术在神经外科医院感染管理中的价值探讨

Value of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Techniques in the Management of Nosocomial Infection in Neurosurgery Department

目的:探讨神经外科医院感染管理中应用失效模式和效应分析(FMEA)技术的价值。方法:选取2022年1—12月阳春市人民医院神经外科收治的1204例患者为对照组,采取常规风险护理管理;选取2023年1—12月同科收治的患者1176例为观察组,实施FMEA联合常规风险护理管理。比较两组感染情况和护理质量。结果:观察组感染率低于对照组(P<0.001);两组感染部位分布情况比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者护理质量满意度问卷评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:FMEA能明显降低神经外科患者的医院感染率,提高护理质量。

Objective:To explore the value of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in the management of nosocomial infection in neurosurgery department.Methods:A total of one thousand two hundred and four patients admitted to the surgical department of Yangchun People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group,and routine risk nursing management was adopted.A total of one thousand one hundred and seventy-six patients admitted to the same department from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and FMEA combined with routine risk nursing management was implemented.The infection status and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The infection rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.001);there was no significant difference in the distribution of infection sites between the two groups(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction questionnaire score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:FMEA can significantly reduce the nosocomial infection rate of neurosurgical patients and improve the quality of nursing.
