2型糖尿病患者血清糖类抗原19-9、癌胚抗原水平变化及其与糖脂代谢指标的相关性

Changes of Serum Carbohydrate Antigen 19-9 and Carcinoembryonic Antigen Levels in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Their Correlation with Glucose and Lipid Metabolism Indexes

目的:分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)和癌胚抗原(CEA)水平的变化及其与糖脂代谢指标的相关性。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年1月于茂名市人民医院确诊T2DM的患者50例为研究组,选取同时期来院参与体检的健康者50例作为对照组。检测两组血清CA19-9、CEA、糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FβG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))]、脂代谢指标[甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及总胆固醇(TC)]水平,并分析CA19-9、CEA水平与糖脂代谢指标的相关性。结果:研究组CA19-9、CEA、FBG、HbA_(1c)、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及TC水平均高于对照组(P<0.001)。Pearson相关性分析显示,CA19-9、CEA水平与FBG、HbA_(1c)水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM患者血清CA19-9和CEA水平高于健康人,且与FBG、HbA_(1c)水平呈正相关。

Objective:To analyze the changes of serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and their correlation with glucose and lipid metabolism indexes.Methods:Fifty patients diagnosed with T2DM in Maoming People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study group,and fifty healthy subjects who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum levels of CA19-9,CEA,glucose metabolism indexes[fasting blood glucose(FβG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))],lipid metabolism indexes[triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC)]in both groups were detected.The correlation between CA19-9 and CEA levels and glycolipid metabolism indexes was analyzed.Results:The levels of CA19-9,CEA,FBG,HbA_(1c),TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and TC in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001);Pearson correlation analysis showed that CA19-9 and CEA levels were positively correlated with FBG and HbA_(1c)levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum CA19-9 and CEA levels in T2DM patients were higher than those in healthy subjects,and were positively correlated with FBG and HbA_(1c)levels.
