优化管理流程对静脉药物配置中心药品差错率的影响分析

Effect of Optimized Management Process on Drug Error Rate of Intravenous Drug Dispensing Center

目的:分析优化管理流程对静脉药物配置中心药品差错率的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年12月滨州医学院附属医院静脉药物配置中心接收的400张处方进行研究,其中2021年6月—2022年12月实施常规管理,为对照组(n=200);2023年1—12月实施优化管理,为观察组(n=200)。比较两组药品差错发生情况、取药时间、药品配置时间。结果:观察组药品差错发生率低于对照组(P=0.002);观察组取药时间、药物配置时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:实施优化管理流程能够降低静脉配置中心药品差错率,缩短取药时间、药品配置时间。

Objective:To analyze the effect of optimized management process on drug error rate of intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods:Four hundred prescriptions received by the Intravenous Drug Allocation Center of Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected for the study.Among them,routine management was implemented from June 2021 to December 2022,which was the control group(n=200).The optimized management was implemented from January to December 2023 for the observation group(n=200).The occurrence of drug errors,drug taking time and drug allocation time were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of drug error in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.002);the drug taking time and drug allocation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of the optimized management process can reduce the drug error rate in the venous allocation center,shorten the time of drug acquisition and drug allocation.
