摘要
基于地轨C型架、六轴工业机器人、柔性控制系统和自适应焊接系统研制不锈钢萃取槽拼板自动焊接装备;同时结合萃取槽各位置受力、变形控制分析以及焊缝外观检测的要求,开发06Cr19Ni10基板和Q235框架的断续焊、连续焊焊接工艺;基于2D线激光对焊缝信息的自动读取开发自适应焊接技术,解决非标工件板材不均和组对间隙不均等问题,全套焊接装备的研制和配套焊接工艺的开发,大幅度提高萃取槽拼板的焊接效率和质量,对促进传统制造业自动化水平的提升具有重要意义。
The automatic welding equipment of stainless steel extraction groove is developed based on the ground rail C-frame,six-axis industrial robot,flexible control system and adaptive welding system.At the same time,according to the requirements of stress,deformation control analysis and weld appearance inspection,the intermittent welding and continuous welding processes of 06Cr19Ni10 substrate and Q235 frame were developed.Based on the automatic reading of weld information by 2D line laser,the development of adaptive welding tech-nology can solve the problem of uneven plate and uneven gap between non-standard workpieces.The develop-ment of a full set of welding equipment and the development of supporting welding process can greatly improve the welding efficiency and quality of extraction tank plates,which is of great significance to promote the im-provement of the automation level of traditional manufacturing industry.
