摘要
该文基于文献与案例医院实践,分析了DMAIC模型在医院流程改善中的应用现状。基于发现的问题分析总结DMAIC模型在医院流程优化中的实施路径,阐述了各阶段的具体操作步骤,明确了以患者需求为中心,以创造价值为导向,以持续改进为手段的基本原则,以及领导支持、专业培训、有效沟通等保障措施,以期为提升医院流程管理水平、推动新形势下医院高质量发展提供循证依据。
Based on literature and practices in a case hospital,this paper analyzes the current application of the DMAIC model in improving hospital processes.The study identifies issues and outlines the implementation pathway of the DMAIC model in hospital process optimization.It details specific steps for each phase,emphasizing core principles such as patient-centered care,value creation,and continuous improvement.Additionally,it highlights the importance of leadership support,professional training,and effective communication as essential measures to enhance process management in hospitals and to support high-quality development in a changing healthcare landscape.
