The theme of baby drama was gradually perfected in the Tang Dynasty and entered the golden age in the Song Dynasty.Among them,"Qiuting Baby Play"can be a model of the theme of baby play,but also the representative work of Su Hanchen.The purpose of this paper is to explore the internal relationship between the use of color and the creation of artistic conception in the picture of Qiuting Baby Play.Through the analysis of the use of color in the picture of Qiuting Baby Play and the technique of setting color,the paper draws a conclusion about the value of color in the expression of artistic conception.The purpose of this paper is to provide a new perspective for the study of the theme of baby drama in the genre painting of Song Dynasty,and to further explore the expressive force and symbolic meaning of color in the theme painting of baby drama.
