与其他博物场馆相比,革命类博物馆纪念馆因为目的差异性和题材的特殊性,志愿服务既要讲严谨、讲服务,更要讲政治、讲方法。该文聚焦于革命类博物馆纪念馆志愿服务的发展策略与实践,以雨花台烈士纪念馆为案例,深入探讨了志愿服务在弘扬红色文化、提升公共服务和促进社会和谐方面的独特价值。分析表明,相对其他博物场馆,革命类博物馆纪念馆志愿服务体系设计不完善、社会参与度不高、内容形式单一、团队氛围不够积极及资源应用僵化等瓶颈制约其进一步发展。雨花台烈士纪念馆通过系统谋划、扩大覆盖、分层分类项目运行、典型树立与融合共建等策略,有效克服了上述挑战,实现了志愿服务的高质量发展,为相关行业提供了有益借鉴。

Compared with other museums and venues,revolutionary museums and memorial halls require not only rigor and service,but also politics and methods in volunteer service due to their different purposes and special themes.This article focuses on the development strategy and practice of volunteer service in revolutionary museums and memorial halls.Taking the Yuhuatai Martyrs Memorial Hall as a case study,it deeply explores the unique value of volunteer service in promoting red culture,enhancing public services,and promoting social harmony.Analysis shows that compared to other museum venues,the volunteer service system design of revolutionary museums and memorial halls is not perfect,social participation is not high,content forms are single,team atmosphere is negative,and resource application is rigid,which hinders further development.The Yuhuatai Martyrs Memorial Hall has effectively overcome the above challenges and achieved high-quality development of volunteer services through strategies such as systematic planning,expanding coverage,hierarchical classification project operation,typical establishment,and integrated construction,providing useful reference for similar.
