LAM模式赋能藏族档案文献遗产价值实现研究——以西藏三馆为例

LAM Empowers the Realization of the Value of Tibetan Archival Documents Heritage—A Case Study of Tibetan Library, Archive and Museum

图书馆、档案馆和博物馆(Library、Archive、Museum,简称LAM)是公共文化服务体系中的核心机构,共同承担了保存历史、传播知识、教育大众等社会职能,利用三者共性,推动馆际间跨机构的合作,为公众提供更全面的社会文化资源,对拓宽档案价值实现路径具有重要意义。该文通过整理国内相关案例,聚焦西藏三馆馆藏、自然遗产和文化遗产的丰富性,阐述LAM模式赋能藏族档案文献遗产价值实现的可行性,并从顶层逻辑和实践探索探讨LAM模式合作下,通过制定合作指南、构建合作平台、多层次开发等途径,开发藏族档案文献遗产的新思路,推进西藏档案事业高质量发展。

Library,Archive and Museum(LAM)are the core institutions in the public cultural service system,which jointly undertake the social functions of preserving history,disseminating knowledge and educating the public.By using the commonalities of the three,they promote inter-institutional cooperation and provide the public with more comprehensive social and cultural resources.It is of great significance to broaden the path of realizing the value of archives.By sorting out relevant cases in China and focusing on the richness of the collections,natural heritage and cultural heritage of the three Tibetan museums,this paper expounds the feasibility of LAM model enabling the realization of the value of Tibetan archival documentary heritage,and explores from the top-level logic and practice of LAM model cooperation through the formulation of cooperation guidelines,the construction of cooperation platforms,multi-level development and other ways.It will provide new ideas for the development of Tibetan archives and documentary heritage,and promote the high-quality development of Tibetan archives.
