文旅融合视角下江苏省小剧场建设的现状、问题和建议

Current Situation,Problems and Suggestions of Jiangsu Little Theater Construction from the Perspective of Cultural and Tourism Integration

自2021年出台《关于推进小剧场建设的指导意见》以来,江苏省大力推动小剧场建设,全省小剧场在设施建设、剧目生产和人才培养方面取得了一些骄人的成绩,在传播中华优秀传统文化、完善公共文化服务供给和推动文旅融合发展等方面发挥了积极作用。该文分析了江苏省小剧场建设现状并指出其发展困境,包括设施建设不均衡、内容建设不充分、运营能力不够强、群众参与度不高等。在此基础上提出文旅融合视角下江苏省小剧场建设建议:统筹规划小剧场建设、小剧场精彩剧目打造、小剧场品牌建设,以及深化小剧场区域合作等。

Since the introduction of Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Little Theaters in 2021,Jiangsu has vigorously promoted the construction of little theaters.The little theaters have made some impressive achievements in the construction of facilities,repertoire production and talent training.Meanwhile,it has played a positive role in spreading excellent traditional Chinese culture,improving the supply of public cultural services,and promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism.This article analyzes the current situation of small theater construction in Jiangsu Province and points out its development difficulties,including uneven facility construction,insufficient content construction,weak operational capabilities,and low public participation.On this basis,the article provides suggestions for the construction of small theaters in Jiangsu Province from the perspective of cultural tourism integration:efforts should be made in the overall planning and construction of small theaters,the creation of exciting plays in small theaters,the construction of small theater brands,and the deepening of regional cooperation in small theaters.
