耕读文化视域下高职院校“一站式”学生社区文化育人模式研究

Research on the "One-Stop" Student Community Cultural Education Model in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Agricultural and Educational Culture

“一站式”学生社区是高职院校育人的重要场所,也是学校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。耕读文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含着丰富的内涵与时代价值,在高职院校“一站式”学生社区文化育人中具有蓬勃的生命力。该文首先分析了耕读文化的内涵与时代价值,其次论述了耕读文化在高职院校“一站式”学生社区文化育人中的作用机理,最后从三个方面构建耕读文化视域下高职院校“一站式”学生社区文化育人模式:立足文化传承,深挖耕读文化资源与育人价值;立足文化发展,推进耕读文化创造性转化;立足文化特色,构建社区文化育人品牌。该文旨在促进高职院校文化育人工作提质增效。

The"one-stop"student community is an important place for higher vocational colleges to educate people,and it is also an important measure for the school to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with virtue.As an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the culture of cultivation and reading contains rich connotations and values of the times,and has vigorous vitality in the"one-stop"student community cultural education of higher vocational colleges.This paper first analyzes the connotation and value of the culture of cultivation and reading,then discusses the mechanism of the culture of cultivation and reading in the"one-stop"student community cultural education of higher vocational colleges.Finally,a"one-stop"student community cultural education model for vocational colleges from the perspective of cultivating and reading culture is constructed from three aspects:based on cultural inheritance,deeply exploring the cultural resources and educational value of cultivating and reading;based on cultural development,promote the creative transformation of farming and reading culture;based on cultural characteristics,build a community cultural education brand.This article aims to promote the improvement and efficiency of cultural education in vocational colleges.
