无机陶瓷膜与凯膜一次盐水精制工艺对比

摘要 介绍了两种一次盐水精制工艺——无机陶瓷膜工艺和凯膜工艺,对这两种工艺的精盐水质量和两碱消耗量等进行了对比,总结了无机陶瓷膜工艺的优势、运行中存在的问题及处理措施。 Two processes for primary brine refining,inorganic ceramic membrane process and HVM process,were introduced.A comparison was made between the quality of refined brine and the consumption of two alkalis for these two processes.The advantages,operational issues,and treatment measures of inorganic ceramic membrane technology were summarized.
