Two processes for primary brine refining,inorganic ceramic membrane process and HVM process,were introduced.A comparison was made between the quality of refined brine and the consumption of two alkalis for these two processes.The advantages,operational issues,and treatment measures of inorganic ceramic membrane technology were summarized.
