摘要
车灯感知质量一直是衡量整车外观是否精致的重要指标。为解决严重影响感知质量的重要问题—窜光,基于某一乘用车充电指示灯项目开发实践,通过分析窜光形成机理,基于树形图思维识别根本原因,提出相应的策略来优化。基于仿真和物理造型样件相结合的手段,对窜光风险有效识别。这些思维方法和验证手段对后续规避车灯窜光问题以及寻求同类感知质量缺陷的解决方案具有指导作用。
The perceived quality of auto lamp is always regarded as the most important indicator for the exquisite of the auto lamp.To solve the severe defect,namely flicking light,which has big impact on the auto lamp exquisite,the paper is based on one electrical charge lamp development by investigating the mechanism of the default to find out the root cause and put forward the relevant solutions.To verify the defect effectively,the paper put forward the combined way of simulation and physical prototypes.The methodology on design and verification will be of great significance to find the know-how of the similar defects on auto lamps.
