电动汽车CAN信号解析中典型相似信号解析研究

摘要 随着纯电动汽车对标测试技术的不断发展,通过CAN信号解析采集数据成为一种重要手段,而在进行CAN信号解析过程中会出现一些极其相似的信号,本文以其中的电机转速和车速、车轮轮速、动力电池和电机控制器电流为例,从电动汽车的架构原理出发,以信号波形法为基础,研究并提出区分这些相似信号的试验方案,并通过某车型的信号测试验证了方案的可行性,对后续电动汽车的CAN信号解析研究具有一定的参考价值。 With the continuous development of benchmarking testing technology for pure electric vehicles,collecting data through CAN signal analysis has become an important means.During the process of CAN signal analysis,some extremely similar signals may appear.This article takes the motor speed and speed,wheel speed,power battery and motor controller current as examples,starting from the architecture principle of electric vehicles,and based on the signal waveform method,studies and proposes a test plan to distinguish these similar signals,And the feasibility of the scheme was verified through signal testing of a certain vehicle model,which has certain reference value for the subsequent research on CAN signal analysis of electric vehicles.
