孙子“用间”思想在公安情报搜集工作中的应用研究

“用间”作为《孙子兵法》中的一个重要理论,蕴含着深刻的哲学内涵和情报思想。挖掘“用间”情报思想中对公安情报搜集工作的指导性意旨有利于完善具有中国特色的公安情报搜集体系。文章通过文献分析法重点研究了《用间篇》中提到的“五间俱起”“事莫密于间”“上智为间”“先知,必取于人”等理论与公安情报搜集工作之间的共性,进一步阐述了“用间”情报思想在公安情报搜集工作中的应用。研究发现,“用间”情报思想在情报搜集人员综合素质提高、情报搜集价值提升、情报搜集的重点和方向指引等方面具有重要的现实指导意义。

As an important theory in The Art of War,using spies contains profound philosophical connotations and intelligence thoughts.To excavate the guiding intention of public security intelligence collection work in using spies intelligence thought is conducive to improve the public security intelligence collection system with Chinese characteristics.Through the method of literature analysis,it focuses on the relationship between the theories such as"five rooms arise","things are kept secret","supreme wisdom is between","prophet,must be obtained from others"mentioned in using spies and the work of public security intelligence collection.It further expounds the application of using spies intelligence thought in the work of public security intelligence collection.Using spies intelligence thought has important practical guiding significance in the aspects of the comprehensive quality of intelligence collectors,the value of intelligence collection,the focus and direction of intelligence collection and so on.
