摘要
面向老年人群体的信息服务质量提升是适老化背景下国家信息化建设的重点之一。文章探究了我国城市老年人网络健康信息接受的影响因素,可以为适老化背景下的网络健康信息环境建设提供针对性的建议。文章采用半结构化访谈法,收集了16位城市老年人关于网络健康信息态度的相关信息,通过扎根理论归纳提取概念与范畴,基于对范畴的分析,结合SOR(Stimulus-Organism-Response,刺激-有机体-反应模型)理论的框架结构,构建了城市老年人网络健康信息接受影响因素理论模型。得出结论:需求动机作为刺激前因,是产生城市老年人网络健康信息接受行为的决定因素;感知因素直接影响城市老年人健康信息的接受。
Improving the quality of information services for the elderly is one of the key points of national information construction in the context of aging adaptation.Exploring the influencing factors of online health information acceptance among urban elderly in China can provide targeted suggestions for the construction of an online health information environment in the context of aging adaptation.A semi-structured interview method was used to collect data on the attitudes of 16 urban elderly people towards online health information.Concepts and categories were extracted through grounded theory induction.Based on the analysis of categories and the framework of SOR(Stimulus-Organism-Response)theory,a theoretical model of the influencing factors of urban elderly people′s online health information acceptance was constructed.Demand motivation,as a stimulus antecedent,is a determining factor in the acceptance behavior of urban elderly people′s online health information;perceived factors directly affect the acceptance of health information among the urban elderly.
