新时代廉洁文化建设是公立医院一体推进“不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐”的基础性工程,对于营造和维护风清气正的医疗环境、促进公立医院健康运营和高质量发展具有重要意义。当前,医院廉洁文化建设依然存在“碎片化”“形式化”以及“认知偏差化”等问题。为此,公立医院需要通过深化党建引领、构建闭环模式、深化廉洁教育、健全保障机制、形成协同共建合力等策略,实现廉洁文化建设的高质量开展。

In the new era,building an integrity culture is a foundational project for public hospitals to advance the integrated approach of"not daring to be corrupt,not being able to be corrupt,and not wanting to be corrupt".It plays a crucial role in fostering a clean and upright medical environment,promoting healthy hospital operations,and ensuring high-quality development.Currently,the construction of integrity culture in hospitals faces issues such as"fragmentation","formalism",and"cognitive bias".Therefore,public hospitals need to implement strategies such as strengthening Party leadership,establishing a closed-loop model,deepening integrity education,improving safeguard mechanisms,and forming a multi-faceted construction effort to achieve high-quality integrity culture development.
