智慧医疗在社区智慧养老中存在的问题与对策研究

Study on the problems and countermeasures of smart healthcare in community smart elderly care

随着人口老龄化进程的加剧,老年人服务需求增大,养老服务问题成为国家关注的重点问题之一。笔者以南昌市为例,通过问卷调查和访谈等方法,对老年人、社区及养老机构智慧医疗使用和开展情况进行现场调查,发现智慧医疗在智慧社区养老中存在老年人对智慧医疗接受能力低、老年人使用智慧医疗困难、养老机构“医”“养”分离、社区养老与智慧医疗结合程度低、政府宣传力度不够、缺乏政策支持等问题。针对以上问题提出智慧医疗在社区智慧养老中的发展建议,为促进智慧医疗医养结合发展,推动“医”和“养”更快更好融合,实现健康老龄化的战略目标提供参考。

As the aging population accelerates,the demand for elderly services increases,making elderly care a key issue of national concern.Using Nanchang as a case study,the authors conducted surveys and interviews with elderly individuals,community representatives,and elderly care institutions to assess the usage and implementation of smart healthcare in community elderly care.The study identified several problems,including low acceptance of smart healthcare among the elderly,difficulties for the elderly in using smart healthcare,the separation of healthcare and elderly care services in institutions,low integration of community elderly care with smart healthcare,insufficient government promotion,and a lack of policy support.Based on these findings,the authors propose recommendations for the development of smart healthcare in community elderly care to promote the integration of healthcare and elderly care,thereby advancing the strategic goal of healthy aging.
