摘要
加注缓蚀剂作为一种简单、高效、低成本的油套管防腐技术,多年来一直是油田常用的油套管防腐方法。但油田现场工况环境复杂,不同缓蚀剂在不同环境条件下针对不同材质油套管的应用效果具有差异性。综述了油套管钢在服役环境中发生CO_(2)腐蚀和O_(2)腐蚀的机理、抗CO_(2)/O_(2)腐蚀的缓蚀剂种类与应用以及缓蚀剂作用机理。缓蚀剂发挥缓蚀作用是由物理吸附和化学吸附共同作用于活性位点,抑制活性位点腐蚀。传统缓蚀剂常不能完全适应生产腐蚀中出现的新情况,缓蚀剂研究趋向开发不同种类缓蚀剂复配,复配型缓蚀效果优于单一缓蚀剂。针对抗CO_(2)腐蚀、抗O_(2)腐蚀的缓蚀剂研究方向和发展趋势进行了展望。
Injecting corrosion inhibitor,as a simple,efficient and low-cost anti-corrosion technology,has been a commonly used anti-corrosion method for oil and casing for many years.However,the working environment of oilfield sites is complex,and different corrosion inhibitors have different effects on different materials of tubing and casing under different environmental conditions.This paper summarizes the CO_(2) and O_(2) corrosion mechanism of tubing and casing steel used in the service environment,the types and application of CO_(2)/O_(2) corrosion inhibitor and the corrosion inhibition mechanism.Results show that the corrosion inhibitor acts on the active site through physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.Traditional corrosion inhibitors often cannot fully adapt to the new situation of corrosion in production.Research on corrosion inhibitors tends to develop different types of corrosion inhibitor combinations,and the combination inhibitor has better corrosion inhibition effects than a single corrosion inhibitor.Finally,the research direction and trend of CO_(2) and O_(2) corrosion inhibitors are prospected.
