摘要
以太原市某全地下式污水处理厂为改造对象,处理规模为32×10^(4) m^(3)/d。针对地下式污水处理厂占地无法增加,箱体结构复杂拆改困难等限制,结合进出水水质要求,选择采用在好氧池加入MBBR填料,提升系统生物量和专性菌丰度的方式提高处理效率,同时对鼓风系统、脱水系统进行改造,并引入精确曝气和精确加药系统。改造后COD、NH_(3)-N、TP等主要指标稳定达到《地面水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)的V类标准。对同类型污水厂提标改造具有较好的借鉴意义。
The renovation of a fully underground wastewater treatment plant in Taiyuan City,with a treatment capacity of 320000 m^(3)/d,was undertaken to address the limitations related to land constraints and the complexity of the box structure,which could not be easily dismantled.Given the requirements for influent and effluent water quality,the Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor(MBBR)technology was chosen to enhance the biomass and the abundance of specialized bacteria in the aerobic tank.Additionally,the air blower and dewatering systems were upgraded,and precise aeration and dosing systems were introduced.Following the renovation,the primary indicators,including COD,NH_(3)^(-)N,and TP,consistently met the Class V standards of the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002).This renovation provides a valuable reference for similar upgrades in other sewage treatment plants.
