摘要
陕西省神府某区块致密气压裂返排液及采出水组分复杂,难于处理。采用“隔油/高密斜管沉降/一体化破胶/涡凹气浮/无机过滤/保安过滤/精细过滤”处理工艺,处理规模为采出水130 m^(3)/d,压裂返排液为150 m^(3)/d,共计280 m^(3)/d。工艺运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,出水含油量≤5 mg/L、悬浮固体含量≤1 mg/L、悬浮物颗粒直径中值≤1μm,满足SY/T 5329-2012中注入层平均空气渗透率<0.01μm^(2)级水质标准并进行顺利回注。神府1#水处理站实现了紧凑一体化、高度自动化的橇装集成,布局紧凑合理,占地面积仅为1 943 m^(2)。
The components of tight pressure fracturing backflow fluid and produced water in a certain block of Shenfu,Shaanxi Province are complex and difficult to handle.The treatment process of"oil separation/high-density inclined tube sedimentation/integrated gel breaking/concave air flotation/inorganic filtration/security filtration/fine filtration"is adopted,with a treatment capacity of 130 m^(3)/d of produced water and 150 m^(3)/d of fracturing flowback fluid,totaling 280 m^(3)/d.The process operation results show that the treatment effect of this process is relatively high,with the effluent oil content≤5 mg/L,suspended solid content≤1 mg/L,and the median diameter of suspended particles≤1μm.Meet the requirement of SY/T 5329-2012 that the average air permeability of the injection layer is less than 0.01μm^(2) level water quality standard and successful reinjection.The Shenfu 1#water treatment station has achieved compact integration and highly automated sled mounted integration,with a compact and reasonable layout,covering an area of only 1943 square meters.
