摘要
为了提高自动化生产线的设计效率,降低设备调试风险和费用,针对密封盒装配自动化生产线,设计了一种基于MCD软件的自动化生产线虚拟调试平台。运用MCD软件构建虚拟自动化生产线,通过TIA Portal软件设计可编程序控制器程序和触摸屏,借助PLCSIM Advanced软件实现MCD软件模型和可编程序控制器程序之间的通信,并实现虚拟可编程序控制器对MCD软件模型的控制。通过虚拟调试平台与真实平台的对比试验分析,确认虚拟调试平台的运行和动作与实际生产线表现出高度一致性和准确性,验证了虚拟调试平台设计的合理性和可行性。
In order to improve the design efficiency of automatic production line and reduce the equipment debugging risk and cost,a virtual debugging platform of automatic production line based on MCD software was designed for sealed box assembly automatic production line.The MCD software is used to build virtual automatic production line,the TIA Portal software is employed to design the PLC program and touch screen,and the communication between the MCD software model and the PLC program is realized by the PLCSIM Advanced software,so that the virtual PLC can control the MCD software model.Through the comparative test analysis between the virtual debugging platform and the real platform,it is confirmed that the operation and action of the virtual debugging platform are highly consistent and accurate with the actual production line,and the rationality and feasibility of the design of the virtual debugging platform is verified.
