单自由度仿人胸腔及运动平台的设计

摘要 基于仿生学原理,分析人体胸腔骨骼结构与呼吸运动特征,设计出单自由度仿人胸腔,并搭建仿人胸腔运动平台。采用全闭环控制方案,实现仿人胸腔运动平台的高精度运动控制。对设计的仿人胸腔运动平台进行重复定位精度测试、真实对比测试、性能测试,表明能够很好地复现人体呼吸运动特征,运行准确、稳定、可靠,满足表征测试需求。 Based on the principle of bionics,the human thoracic cavity bone structure and respiratory motion characteristic were analyzed.A humanoid thoracic cavity with single degree of freedom was designed,and a humanoid thoracic cavity motion platform was built.The fully closed-loop control scheme was used to realize the high-precision motion control of the humanoid thoracic cavity motion platform.Repeated positioning accuracy test,real comparison test and performance test were carried out on the designed humanoid thoracic cavity motion platform.The result shows that the platform can reproduce the characteristic of human respiratory motion well,and the operation is accurate,stable and reliable,which meets the requirement of characterization test.
