摘要
吊具是汽车生产制造中运输车身的重要载体。应用ADAMS软件对汽车吊具进行转弯过程的动态特性分析,并应用有限元软件对汽车吊具的静态特性进行分析。通过试验得到汽车吊具的应力和变形情况,明确应力和变形最大值。通过动静态特性分析和试验,确认汽车吊具满足使用要求。
Spreader is an important carrier for transporting vehicle body in automobile production and manufacturing.The ADAMS software was used to analyze the dynamic characteristic of automobile spreader during turning,and the finite element software was employed to analyze the static characteristic of automobile spreader.The stress and deformation of the automobile spreader were obtained through the test,and the maximum values of stress and deformation were clarified.Through the dynamic and static characteristics analysis and test,it is confirmed that the automobile spreader meets the usage requirement.
