摘要
数智驱动的时代背景下,基于单一数据源的前沿技术探测的广度和深度已无法满足相关应用需求。文章梳理了前沿技术探测领域的发展现状,解析在多源数据融合下实现前沿技术探测的过程,总结各阶段所面临的挑战并提出未来发展的方向。研究发现,数据融合前数据源的前瞻性与可靠性考量、融合过程中数据源的权重分配、融合后前沿技术探测粒度的细化与精确度的提升是当前多源数据融合下的前沿技术探测亟待解决的关键问题,也是未来研究的重要发展方向。
In the context of an era driven by data intelligence,the breadth and depth of cutting-edge technology detection based on a single data source cannot meet the demands of relevant applications.This article reviews the current state of development in the field of cutting-edge technology detection,analyzes the process of achieving such detection through multi-source data fusion,summarizes the challenges faced at each stage,and proposes directions for future development.The research finds that the foresight and reliability considerations of data sources prior to fusion,the weight distribution of data sources during the fusion process,and the refinement and accuracy enhancement of detection granularity after fusion are key issues that urgently need to be addressed in the current context of multi-source data fusion for cutting-edge technology detection.These issues also represent important directions for future research.
