科技伦理教育的三重意蕴

摘要 科技伦理教育是科技伦理治理的重点任务,澄明科技伦理教育的意蕴是深入开展科技伦理教育的前提。科技伦理教育的意蕴源于科技伦理的基本范畴、主要内容和最终目标。亟须治理的科技伦理问题必须在教育中直面,不止于术的伦理应用是科技伦理教育的治理意蕴;“意识—反思—行动—影响”的规训逻辑必须在教育中贯彻,术道之间的伦理教化是科技伦理教育的规训意蕴;将科技伦理责任内化于心的目的必须在教育中表达,道在人心的伦理浸润是科技伦理教育的责任意蕴。科技伦理教育的三重意蕴在环环相扣、循序渐进的逻辑结构中紧密铆合,三重意蕴及其相互关系为科技伦理教育的有效实施提供了指导。基于科技伦理教育的三重意蕴,相关主管部门和高校、科研院所应当以治理为导向探索科技伦理教育模式,以规训为基础建立科技伦理课程体系,以责任为底色建设科技伦理教育队伍。 Science and technology ethics education is the key task of scientific and technological ethics governance.Clarifying the significance of science and technology ethics education is the premise for effectively advancing this education.The significance of science and technology ethics education is rooted in the basic category,main content,and ultimate goal of science and technology ethics.The urgent ethical issues of science and technology ethics that needs to be solved must be faced directly in education.It is not only the ethical application of technology,but also the governance significance of science and technology ethics education.The discipline logic of“consciousness-reflection-action-influence”must be integrated into education.The ethics education between technology and Tao is the discipline significance of science and technology ethics education.The purpose of internalizing the ethical responsibility of science and technology into the mind must be expressed in education.The ethical infiltration of Tao in the mind of the people is the responsibility significance of science and technology ethics education.The triple significances of science and technology ethics education are closely intertwined in a logical structure that is interrelated and progressive.The triple significances and their interrelationships provide guidance for the effective implementation of science and technology ethics education.Based on this triple significances of science and technology ethics education,relevant competent departments,universities,and research institutions should explore the governance-oriented mode of science and technology ethics education,establish a science and technology ethics curriculum system based on disciplines,and build a science and technology ethics education team grounded in ethical responsibility.
