摘要
简单介绍了过氧化氢生产中氧化残液的组成及特点,重点介绍了可能造成氧化残液增多的原因,例如:空气湿度大、磷酸溶液加入量过大、工作液溶剂比偏高等,通过加强空气除湿、优化工作液体系、改进氧化塔结构、优化工艺参数等措施,可以减少氧化残液的产生。
The composition and characteristics of the oxidation residue in hydrogen peroxide production are briefly introduced,the possible reasons that may cause the increase of oxidation residue are highlighted,such as high air humidity,excessive addition of phosphoric acid solution and high solvent ratio of working solution,etc.The generation of oxidation residue can be reduced by enhancing the air dehumidification,optimizing the working solution system,improving the structure of the oxidation tower,and optimizing the process parameters.
