摘要
采用化学还原法,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为还原剂和保护剂,控制正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)的量制备核壳结构的Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag复合材料。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对该复合材料的结构和形貌特征进行表征。结果表明:当加入1 mL的TEOS时,所制得的Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag粒子粒径约为70 nm,且均一性较好,排列整齐。利用紫外–可见分光光度计对所制得的Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag复合材料进行光学性能研究,并研究Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:加入4 mL的TEOS所制得的Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag纳米复合材料,滤纸片浸泡30 min的抑菌效果最佳;TEOS加入的量越多,滤纸片浸泡的时间越长,抑菌圈越明显,抑菌效果越好;在相同条件下,Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果更好。
Using polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as reducing agent and protective agent,Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag composites with core-shell structure were prepared by chemical reduction method and controlling the amount of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS).The structural and morphological characteristics of the composites were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that when 1 mL of TEOS was added,the particle size of the prepared Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag was about 70 nm,with good uniformity and neat arrangement.The optical performance of the prepared Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag composites were investigated using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,and the antibacterial effects of Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were also studied.The results showed that the Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag nanocomposite prepared by adding 4 mL of TEOS had the best antibacterial effect after soaking the filter paper sheet for 30 min.The more the amount of adding TEOS,the longer the time of soaking the filter paper sheet,the more obvious the antibacterial circle,and the better the antibacterial effect;under the same conditions,the antibacterial effect of Ag@SiO_(2)@Ag composites on the Staphylococcus aureus was better.
