摘要
光伏产业是当前中国发展最为迅猛的新能源产业之一,但大面积土地占用和电力消纳是限制地面光伏电站大力发展的瓶颈。近年来,中国的光伏电站建设正向土地价格低廉的草原牧区快速扩展;与此同时,中国的草原面临退化严重、草业生产效率较低,特别是草原牧区电力供给能力薄弱的问题。因此,如何将光伏发电与地方草业发展有机结合,实现草原牧区清洁能源生产和草业发展的双赢,是光伏产业与草业发展面临的新问题和新机遇。通过论述中国草原牧区应用“光伏+草业”模式对光伏发电和草业发展的益处,指出了“光伏+草业”模式的发展需要解决的主要问题和未来研究与实践探索的主要方向。将光伏发电与地方草业结合能充分发挥二者各自的优势、弥补短板,从而实现双赢。随着技术的不断进步,“光伏+草业”模式的运营机制会不断完善,该模式下的光伏发电技术、草业生产技术和运营管理机制等问题都能够得到解决。未来,低碳、环保、高效、高收益的“光伏+草业”模式必将在中国广大的草原牧区得到大力应用。
The PV industry is one of the most rapidly developing new energy industries in China,but large-scale land occupation and power consumption are bottlenecks that limit the vigorous development of ground PV power stations.In recent years,the construction of PV power stations in China has rapidly expanded towards grassland pastoral areas with low land prices.At the same time,China's grasslands are facing severe degradation and low efficiency in prataculture production,especially the weak power supply capacity in grassland pastoral areas.Therefore,how to organically combine PV power generation with local prataculture development,and achieve a win-win situation for clean energy production and prataculture development in grassland pastoral areas,is a new problem and opportunity faced by the PV industry and prataculture development.This paper discusses the benefits of applying the"PV+prataculture"model in grassland pastoral areas of China for PV power generation and prataculture development.It points out the main problems that need to be solved in the development of the"PV+prataculture"model and the main directions for future research and practical exploration.Combining PV power generation with local prataculture can fully leverage their respective advantages,make up for their shortcomings,and achieve a win-win situation.With the continuous advancement of technology,the operation mechanism of the"PV+prataculture"model will continue to improve,and problems such as PV power generation technology,prataculture production technology,and operation management mechanism under this model can be solved.In the future,the low-carbon,environmentally friendly,efficient,and high-yield"PV+prataculture"model will be vigorously applied in China's vast grassland pastoral areas.
