大型光伏电站场区35 kV电缆选型及设计实践

摘要 针对大型光伏电站实际应用过程中,35 kV电缆选型及设计等问题进行了研究。首先对比分析了铜电缆、铝电缆和铝合金电缆在光伏电站中的应用,以降低光伏电站的建设成本为目的,提出了35 kV电缆的选型原则;然后结合实际项目的设计实践,综合考虑环境温度、土壤热阻系数、按短路热稳定条件计算电缆导体允许最小截面等影响因素,对大型光伏电站场区35 kV电缆选型进行了详细探讨,并进行了校验。该设计可减少线缆投资,降低光伏电站的运行损耗,进一步提高项目收益率,具有现实可行的重要意义。 This paper focuses on the selection and design of 35 kV cables in the practical application process of large-scale PV power stations.Firstly,compares and analyzes the application of copper cables,aluminum cables,and aluminum alloy cables in PV power stations,and proposes selection principles for 35 kV cables to reduce the construction cost of PV power stations.Then,combining the design practice of actual projects,it comprehensively considers influence factors such as the ambient temperature,soil thermal resistance coefficient,and calculates the minimum allowable cross-section of the cable conductor according to short-circuit thermal stability conditions,to conduct a detailed discussion and verification on the selection of 35 kV cables in the field of large-scale PV power stations.This design can reduce cable investment,lower operational losses of PV power stations,and further improve project profitability,which has practical and feasible significant importance.
