摘要
国内外的水上漂浮式光伏电站大多是规模小、环境条件简单的项目,因此其已有的项目经验不足以为大规模同类项目提供参考。详细介绍了华能德州丁庄水库光伏发电项目的设计和实施过程,总结并提炼了同类型光伏电站的设计经验及要点,完善了相关设计细节,探明了大型水上漂浮式光伏电站的施工难点,提供了解决方案,并进行了验证。结果显示:所提供的方案极大地提升了漂浮式光伏方阵尺寸的上限,减少了对水体环境的影响,节约了投资成本,为水上漂浮式光伏电站的未来发展提供了宝贵的经验和参考。
Most floating PV power stations both domestically and internationally are small-scale projects with simple environmental conditions,so their existing project experience is insufficient to provide reference for large-scale similar projects.This paper provides a detailed introduction to the design and implementation process of the Huaneng Dezhou Dingzhuang Reservoir PV power generation project,summarizes and extracts the design experience and key points of similar PV power stations,improves relevant design details,explores the construction difficulties of large-scale floating PV power stations,provides solutions,and verifies them.The results show that the provided solution greatly increases the upper limit of the size of floating PV arrays,reduces the impact on the water environment,saves investment costs,and provides valuable experience and reference for the future development of floating PV power stations.
