摘要
本文建立一种电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定锂辉石3种主要组分的方法。通过对前处理方式的比对研究及仪器参数的优化,确定采用氢氟酸-高氯酸体系消解样品,以Li 670.78 nm、Na 589.59 nm、K 766.49 nm作为分析谱线,发生器功率1000 W。可实现各组分校准曲线的相关系数大于0.999,检出限达0.001%~0.003%。同时按照该法测定有证标准物质,各组分含量结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)为0.24%~3.2%,测定结果在标准值范围内。
A new method is described for the determination of three main components in spodumene by using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES).By comparing the pre-treatment methods and optimizing the instrument parameters,it was determined to use HF-HClO4 mixed acids to dissolve the sample.Analytical spectral lines are Li 670.78 nm,Na 589.59 nm,and K 766.49 nm,and the high-frequency power is 1.0 kW.The linear correlation coefficients of each group's calibration curve can be greater than 0.999,and the limit of detection can reach 0.001%-0.003%.At the same time,to determine certified reference materials according to this method,the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=8)of each component test results can range from 0.24%to 3.2%,and the measurement results are within the standard value range.
