椎体成形术在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折治疗中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Vertebroplasty in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

探究椎体成形术在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折治疗中的应用价值。选择医院2023年5月—2023年9月期间收治的68例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组两组,每组各34例。对照组采取保守治疗,试验组采取椎体成形术治疗,对比两组患者疗效、伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角、VAS评分和满意度。结果显示,试验组临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对于骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者,采用椎体成形术意义显著,值得广泛应用。

Exploring the application value of vertebral augmentation in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.68 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to the hospital from May 2023 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received conservative treatment,while the experimental group received vertebral augmentation surgery.The efficacy,anterior vertebral height,Cobb angle,VAS score,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The height of the anterior edge of the injured vertebrae and Cobb angle in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,the use of vertebral augmentation surgery has significant significance and is worthy of widespread application.
