综合循证依据对骨转移瘤伴癌性疲劳患者进行针对护理的效果研究

The Effect of Comprehensive Evidence-based Nursing for Patients with Bone Metastases and Cancer-related Fatigue

分析对骨转移瘤伴癌性疲劳(cancer relatedl fatigue,CRF)患者实施循证护理干预的效果。选取2022年2月—2023年10月医院收治的98例骨转移瘤伴CRF患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各49例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取循证护理,对比两组患者的疲劳状况、疼痛程度、心理状态、生活质量、依从性、满意度、不良反应发生情况。结果显示,护理后,两组患者疲劳状况、疼痛程度评分降低,心理状态评分升高,且试验组相关量表评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,试验组患者的各项生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理依从性、不良反应发生情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者护理满意度比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,循证护理干预应用于骨转移瘤伴癌性疲劳患者护理中的效果明显,有助于改善患者疲劳状态,提升患者护理依从性。

Analyze the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing interventions for patients with bone metastases accompanied by cancer related fatigue(CRF).98 patients with bone metastases and CRF admitted to the hospital from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received evidence-based nursing care.The fatigue status,pain level,psychological state,quality of life,compliance,satisfaction,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the fatigue status and pain level scores of both groups of patients decreased,and the psychological state scores increased.Moreover,the scores of the relevant scales in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the quality of life scores of the experimental group patients were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The compliance and incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Research has found that evidence-based nursing interventions have a significant effect on the care of patients with bone metastases and cancer-related fatigue,helping to improve their fatigue status and enhance their nursing compliance.
