摘要
观察严重多发伤伴创伤性失血性休克的急诊抢救措施及其效果。选取2021年5月—2023年6月兴义市人民医院收治的采用损伤控制复苏救治的35例严重多发伤伴创伤性失血性休克患者进行回顾性分析,并将其作为观察组,选取同期采用传统正压液体复苏救治的10例患者作为对照组,对比两组患者临床抢救效果及乳酸清除时间、凝血功能恢复时间、体温恢复时间。结果表明,经过急诊抢救,观察组的临床抢救总有效率为91.43%,其中死亡3例,死亡率为8.57%,对照组的临床抢救总有效率为60.00%,死亡4例,死亡率40.00%,观察组抢救效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组凝血功能恢复时间、乳酸清除时间、体温恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,有效的急诊抢救能提高严重多发伤伴创伤性休克患者的抢救成功率,及时给予患者损伤控制复苏救治,可有效降低其死亡率,改善患者代谢异常及凝血功能,促进患者体温恢复。
Observation of emergency rescue measures and their effectiveness for severe multiple injuries accompanied by traumatic hemorrhagic shock.A retrospective analysis was conducted on 35 patients with severe multiple injuries and traumatic hemorrhagic shock treated with injury control resuscitation at Xingyi People’s Hospital from May 2021 to June 2023,and they were selected as the observation group.Ten patients treated with traditional positive pressure fluid resuscitation during the same period were selected as the control group.The clinical rescue effects,lactate clearance time,coagulation function recovery time,and body temperature recovery time of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after emergency rescue,the total effective rate of clinical rescue in the observation group was 91.43%,with 3 deaths and a mortality rate of 8.57%.The total effective rate of clinical rescue in the control group was 60.00%,with 4 deaths and a mortality rate of 40.00%.The rescue effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of coagulation function,lactate clearance time,and body temperature in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that effective emergency rescue can improve the success rate of rescuing patients with severe multiple injuries and traumatic shock.Timely injury control and resuscitation treatment can effectively reduce their mortality rate,improve metabolic abnormalities and coagulation function,and promote temperature recovery.
