预见性护理对ICU床旁血透护理中常见风险事件的防范作用分析

Analysis of the Preventive Effect of Anticipatory Nursing on Common Risk Events in ICU Bedside Hemodialysis Nursing

探讨预见性护理对重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)床旁血透护理中常见风险事件的防范作用。选取毕节市七星关区人民医院2021年6月—2023年6月接受ICU床旁血透护理的80例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理,对比两组患者风险事件发生情况、并发症发生情况、护理质量、护理满意度。结果显示,观察组风险事件发生率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量及护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,将预见性护理应用于ICU床旁血透护理中,可明显降低常见风险事件发生率及并发症发生率,提高患者的整体护理质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Exploring the preventive effect of anticipatory nursing on common risk events in bedside hemodialysis nursing in intensive care units(ICUs).Eighty patients who received ICU bedside hemodialysis nursing at Bijie Qixingguan District People’s Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received anticipatory nursing care.The occurrence of risk events,complications,nursing quality,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the incidence of risk events and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing quality and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that applying predictive nursing to ICU bedside hemodialysis nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of common risk events and complications,improve the overall nursing quality and satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
