Application of Early Limb Function Training in Nursing of Cerebral Infarction Patients and Its Impact on Quality of Life

探究早期肢体功能训练在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响。选取2022年1月—2023年6月山东省某三甲医院收治的76例脑梗死患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施早期肢体功能训练,比较两组患者的肢体运动功能、神经功能、独立生活能力、生活质量以及并发症发生情况。结果显示,施护后,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer量表评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。施护后,两组患者的ADL评分均升高,NIHSS评分均降低,且观察组ADL评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。施护后,两组患者的SF-36评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,早期肢体功能训练在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果明显,可提高患者的生活质量,优化患者的肢体运动功能、神经功能以及自理能力,降低相关并发症的发生率。

Exploring the application effect of early limb function training in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction and its impact on patients’quality of life.76 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to a tertiary hospital in Shandong Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received early limb function training.The limb motor function,neurological function,independent living ability,quality of life,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that after nursing,the Fugl Meyer scale scores of both groups of patients increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,both groups of patients showed an increase in ADL scores and a decrease in NIHSS scores,with the observation group having a higher ADL score than the control group and a lower NIHSS score than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 scores of both groups of patients increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that early limb function training has a significant effect on the nursing of stroke patients,which can improve their quality of life,optimize their limb motor function,neurological function,and self-care ability,and reduce the incidence of related complications.
