县域医共体内药学服务同质化阶段性实践研究

Analysis of the Phased Practice of Homogenization of Pharmaceutical Services in County-level Medical Consortia

分析县域医共体内药学服务同质化的阶段性实践情况,探究实现药学服务同质化的途径。采用文献回顾和实践案例分析的方法,分析县域医共体内药学服务同质化的理论基础和现状,探讨实现同质化的阶段性实践方法。与此同时,对医共体内药学服务同质化实践的实施效果进行分析。研究结果显示,县域医共体内药学服务同质化实践在标准化管理、培训教育、信息化建设等方面取得了一定成效。实施后,试点医院在处方书写规范性、抗菌药物使用合理性、基本药物配备等方面有所改进。但是,也存在发药工作繁忙、患者认知不足、医生配合度不高等问题。研究发现,实现县域医共体内药学服务同质化是提升医疗服务质量、保障患者用药安全的重要途径。通过建立统一的服务标准、加强人员培训、推进信息化建设等措施,可以有效提升药学服务的一致性和质量。

Analyze the phased practice of homogenization of pharmaceutical services within county-level medical consortia and explore ways to achieve homogenization of pharmaceutical services.Using the methods of literature review and practice case analysis,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and current situation of the homogenization of pharmaceutical services in the county medical community,and discusses the phased practical methods to achieve the homogenization.At the same time,analyze the implementation effect of homogenization practice of pharmaceutical services within the medical community.The results show that the homogenization practice of pharmaceutical services within county-level medical consortia has achieved certain results in standardized management,training and education,and information technology construction.After implementation,the pilot hospitals have made improvements in prescription writing standardization,rational use of antibiotics,and basic drug allocation.However,there are also problems such as busy dispensing work,insufficient patient awareness,and low doctor cooperation.Research has found that achieving homogenization of pharmaceutical services within county-level medical communities is an important way to improve the quality of medical services and ensure patient medication safety.By establishing unified service standards,strengthening personnel training,and promoting information technology construction,the consistency and quality of pharmaceutical services can be effectively improved.
