In the construction process of construction projects,cost management and construction site management are extremely important modules,both of which can directly affect the overall construction quality of construction projects.At present,in response to the increasingly fierce competition of construction industry,project cost management and construction site management need to face severe challenges.Based on relevant work experience and research achievements,this paper analyzes and discusses the relationship between project cost and construction site management from multiple perspectives,as well as the existing problems and optimization countermeasures,so as to provide reference for more participating units.
