The whole-process cost control runs through the whole life cycle of the engineering project,covering investment decision-making,design,construction,and completion acceptance.Through the implementation of whole-process cost control,the project cost can be effectively reduced,and the investment efficiency can be improved.This paper analyzes the main contents and principles of the whole-process cost control in construction engineering,and expounds the specific improvement methods at different stages in combination with the problems in the whole-process cost control of construction engineering management.This paper aims to strengthen dynamic cost control,and implements cost control into all stages of the construction project,effectively control the project cost,and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
