随着社会经济的不断发展,建筑工程日益成为国家和企业的核心项目,其规模和复杂性也在不断增加。然而,伴随这些巨大机遇而来的是各种潜在风险,包含质量问题、安全隐患、环境影响以及进度延误等。这些风险不仅会对工程本身造成影响,还可能导致项目成本增加、合同纠纷等问题形成。所以,为解决建筑工程风险问题,保障项目的正常进行,本文结合实际,在分析建筑工程风险类型的基础上,对建筑工程风险形成原因与控制措施进行探讨。

With the continuous development of social economy,construction engineering has increasingly become the core project of the country and enterprises,and its scale and complexity are also increasing.However,these great opportunities also accompany various potential risks,including quality issues,safety hazards,environmental impacts,and progress delays.These risks will not only affect the project itself,but also lead to problems such as increased project costs and contract disputes.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of construction engineering risk and ensure the normal progress of the project,this paper analyzes the types of construction engineering risks and discusses the causes and control measures of construction engineering risk in combination with the actual condition.
