分布式太阳能光伏发电项目工程管理可以对其建设过程进行有效控制,保证光伏发电项目的质量。为保证光伏发电系统的可靠性与安全性,在工程项目建设时,应做好场地选择、建设规模、总体方案设计、电气设计、土建工程、施工组织等各方面的研究,结合实际情况进行科学管控,保证光伏发电项目工程顺利建设。基于此,本文对分布式太阳能光伏发电项目工程管理进行探讨。

The engineering management of distributed solar photovoltaic electric power generation projects can effectively control the construction process and ensure the quality of photovoltaic electric power generation projects.In order to ensure the reliability and safety of photovoltaic electric power generation system,it is necessary to study the site selection,construction scale,overall scheme design,electrical design,civil engineering,construction organization and other aspects during the construction of engineering projects,and perform the scientific management and control in combination with the actual situation to ensure the smooth construction of photovoltaic electric power generation projects.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the engineering management of distributed solar photovoltaic electric power generation projects.
